ABOUT KACY

Someone loves to do what you hate.

Twenty-one years in, Professional Organizing is the only career Kacy’s ever had.

Kacy Paide wants to live in a world where, regardless of square footage or budget, everyone lives inside a perfect balance of simplicity and beauty.

She believes we’re happier with fewer, more meaningful things, than an abundance of organized things.  It is her mission to deliver this to anyone who feels buried, but suspects that a lighter life is within reach.

Kacy’s favorite jobs are with people who have come to realize that the state of their home or office is directly linked to achieving a greater vision for their life.

Kacy works with them to get it done - painlessly. Every working day she hears a version of “this has been excruciating on my own, but with you it’s actually fun." Most of her clients are self-proclaimed “out-of-sight-out-of-mind.” From these challenges have been born countless creative solutions to everyday stresses.

A Professional Organizer since 2001, she has helped over 800 people find what they need, when they need it, freeing them to live fuller lives both in and out of the office.

Through blogging, a popular YouTube channel, consulting, digital course creation and public speaking, Kacy is dedicated to helping you to create a beautiful, functional space that you are proud to show off. Weekly, she hosts Team Organize virtual organizing sessions where up to 150 people across the globe gather for her coaching and Q&A sessions.

In addition to working with individuals at home, she has also transformed offices at Ogilvy Public Relations, the Smithsonian, and various law firms and associations in her hometown of Washington, DC. She also has given over a dozen organizing and productivity presentations at The World Bank.

Her work has sent her into the homes of a Congresswoman, a Supreme Court justice, and many more notable Washingtonians. Most clients aren’t making news though; they’re everyday people who are looking for more ease in their personal and work lives. She works with artists, writers, teachers, retirees, business owners, stay-at-homers and more.

Kacy lives in Silver Spring, MD, just outside Washington, DC with her husband, Nic, and is proud to hold both US and Estonian passports.
