Tim Ferriss’ podcast interview with Marie Kondo
I don’t live and die by Marie Kondo’s word, and actually rarely prescribe her method to my clients, but I’m a huge fan. I love that her name has become a verb and that she’s layered the world with a fresh awareness of the impact of things on our spirit and mood.

5 new minimalism videos!
If you haven’t been on my YouTube channel in a few weeks, there’s a new crop of minimalism videos waiting for you! It’s hard to believe there are already 31 videos in this series alone. So many of my YouTube fans haven’t been to my site, and so many of my readers and clients haven’t seen my videos!
What it’s like to have me fly in to work with you.
Like nearly all of my clients I’ve flown to, Monica found me through a YouTube video. She’s not even sure she spent any time on my site before filling out the assessment and setting up a call. We worked together in April for 3 extremely productive days. We made incredible headway in clearing her kitchen and home office of paper.
What happened when I let go of my U2 collection
For as long as I can remember I’ve been U2 fan. However, the first cassette I ever bought was Milli Vanilli. My sister (8 years my senior) was so embarrassed by my musical taste, so she started feeding me what she was listening to. Two years previous in 1987, U2’s Joshua Tree album came out.
What my room looked like as a teenager
When I tell people I’m a professional organizer, one of the first questions I’m often asked is, “Have you always been organized?” I certainly have been, but as you can see here, I wasn’t immune to the occasional messy flare-up!
