How she deleted 5300 emails in 2 weeks
It seems the norm these days to have an inbox that is weighed down with thousands of emails. With that also comes the expectation that it will always be that way, barring any impulse to blindly delete it all. In my line of work, I’ve come to believe that drastic change is possible, but was still floored when a few weeks ago I received this comment on one of my old videos, Fast Tip for Email Inbox Clean-Up:

I’m very specific about the kitchen gloves that I use. Recently I went to order a new pair and couldn’t remember what size I buy. I had predicted this moment though; last time I bought kitchen gloves I had Evernoted a snapshot of the tag, indicating I wear a size small.

A friend of mine in New York City recently told me about a friend of hers who can simultaneously take a stroll with her, engaged in meaningful conversation, while plugged into a phone meeting with colleagues via dangling ear bud.
