I've been using a digital calendar for years, but in the years leading up to the transition, I used the Quo Vadis Trinote Planner. I've recommended it twice in the past week to clients. I like it because it's thin, has a full-month view, allows you to visually block chunks of time, and has pretty cover options.
If my clients are searching for a smarter planner, you might be too. If a paper planner still floats your boar, don't crumble under the peer pressure to go digital! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
