WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CALL THE ORGANIZER

YOU MAY THINK YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF WITHOUT AN ORGANIZER...

...but the mess is going nowhere.  You may have been contemplating calling an organizer for months (or even years) – but keep putting it off until the time is juuust right. You may have worked with an organizer in the past – but they didn’t have specific experience organizing offices and paper (and your quirks).

You can indeed get organized without an organizer, but imagine it happening this way:

YOU SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE AND CALL THE ORGANIZER

She’s overjoyed to hear from you, as her favorite kind of organizationally challenged person is the one who asks for help!  She asks about your vision, what has worked and hasn’t, how long this has been a struggle, and what a difference getting organized will make.

Your new organizer really listens.

She soaks in your tales of too little time, too little focus, too little desk space, too much paper, too much email, too many failed attempts, too much money wasted on products, too much anxiety about digital solutions, and too much confusion about where to begin.  You wonder if you’re sharing too much… but she wanted the long version of the story.

Little do you know, your organizer starts to literally see the solutions before ever setting foot inside of your home or office.

She already knows if you’re a good candidate for digital tools.  She already knows how out-of-sight-out-of-mind you are.  She already knows which starting point will bring the fastest feeling of relief.  She already knows which battles are not worth picking, and where you need a strong nudge.  She already knows you will be a great success story because you know that change is possible – with an organizer.

NEXT, YOU SET UP A TIME TO MEET FOR AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION

To prep, you answer a few short, insightful assessment questions.  Armed with answers to questions you may have never asked yourself before, your organizer shows up.  You never knew that someone could be so cheerful in such space.  You see a wreck.  She sees the final product and exactly how to get there.  She quietly listens as you tour places you’ve been formerly mortified to show!

TIME-PERMITTING, YOU START THE WORK.

You marvel at how she thinks best with a pile of paper on her lap, camouflaged into your jungle of shame.  The ideas come quickly for both of you.  A plan is made.  You suddenly see empty space that has been dying to see the light of day.  As one of Kacy’s clients said, “I can see the light at the end of a long, dark tunnel.”

YOU NOW SEE HOW ORDER IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU.

You have a professional organizer who works with you, not forcing a signature set of rigid systems on you.  You are different than anyone you know.  Your new organizer hears you loud and clear, seeing strengths over weaknesses.

One of Kacy’s past clients left a voicemail saying, “When can we start again?  I miss the joy of you.”  You now feel more empowered than ever to tackle it alone, but you are even more inspired to keep her around for the joy of it.

You select a package of time, ensuring you and your new organizer will meet again to find more square footage, more physical and digital systems, more buried treasures, and more peace of mind.
